Epoxy resin HP-E5K in a 29g double syringe is a user-friendly 2-component adhesive with a working time of about 5 minutes.
Delivery:
- 5 minutes Epoxy in double syringe (29g)
- 1x mixing tube / HP-L4002
Areas and application notes:
- Cold-curing, medium-viscosity, applicable from 5 ° C
- Creation of high performance bonds
- Very good wetting of the substrate surface
- Solvent- and filler-free, can be provided with fillers if required (gap fillings, ...)
- Gluing is stable compared to Oils, greases, moisture, dilute acids and bases as well as many solvents.
- Gluing metal, wood, rubber, ceramics, rigid foams as well as many plastics
Attention: Extensive bindings and parts that are under tension!*
Note:
After use, the epoxy resin hardens in the mixing tube, so that multiple use of the mixing tube is not possible. DO NOT turn off mixing tube after use; only change the mixing tube when reused!
* Epoxy adhesives do not give off volatile components and therefore pressure onto the bonding while hardening is not necessary.
Extensive bindings and parts that are under tension need as much pressure as there is enough contact between the parts that have to be adhered together. Extensive parts need to be fixed by the pressure.
