Delivery outside Germany are normally per courier service. Outside the European Union customs clearence costs or customs duties may occur, that will be charged from your account.

Terms of payment:




PayPal
In addition to the standard PayPal payment method, you can also pay by SEPA direct debit or credit card. This is a PayPal service and no PayPal account is requried.
 


Payment in advance with 2% discount
When paying in advance, a 2% discount is automatically deducted during the order process. After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing the order number and the amount of the transfer. With this information, you can make the payment to the following account:

As soon as the payment has been received on our account, the goods are immediately dispatched by DPD parcel service.


Cash payment
By appointment, a collection of the goods against cash payment in our office (48480 Schapen, Germany) is possible.
 


Invoice
Public organisations and institutions have the option of paying by invoice. Please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to bredderpox@hp-textiles.com. You will then receive a customer master form with your first order, which you should complete and return to us. This is the prerequisite for payment on account. This process is not required for follow-up orders.


Cash on delivery
The goods will be sent immediately by DPD and the invoice amount will be retained by the parcel driver.

For delivery within Germany plus 7,90 € COD fee.
To Austria and Poland plus 18,50 € COD fee.
