PUR Resin System / Fast-Cast Polyurethane (low viscous) | R4GB
The PUR-System R4GB is unfilled, low viscous 2-component combinations of resin and hardeners with various processing times between 3-4 minutes for Casting applications in the electrical / electronics sector.
Properties and application notes:

For fast pouring of electrical circuits / connections
- Excellent flow characteristics
- Fast curing, short demoulding time
- Easy to use
- Casting compound for electrical applications up to 50 V (~/AC) / 120 V (=/DC) (SELV low voltage)*
- Use up to 1000 V possible, if the EU low-voltage directive is complied with*
Notes:
Use as electro potting compound only in unfilled condition!
